Yoga will have a lasting impact in your life if you practice it regularly. During your 4-day retreat it is my endeavor to co-create with you a short yoga and breathing sequence that thrills you to keep it up and turn yoga into a beneficial, healthy and supportive routine for your everyday life.

I do not believe in a "one-way-fits-all" recipe.

I will inspire you and gently remind you of your own tools that you can use to assist your needs in the best possible way in any given moment.


You will be able to carry these tools with you, and use them again and again as you walk through your everyday life.

This retreat is available for all levels, beginners, intermediate and advanced.

We will connect over Skype for 4 days, 2 hours per day (if another video call platform is preferred please indicate in your booking).

​Your two-hour sessions will start when it suits you best and on days that match your schedule, as long as they are during day time in Portugal - GMT+1.


Your four sessions can be taken on four days in a row or with breaks, spreading them out over maximum 8 days. How you will distribute them over these days is up to you, as long as there is availability.

You are invited to share upfront as many information as you would like about your level of experience, health situation and expectations etc.


For each session you will be kindly asked to: * Have a Skype account set up and ready. If impossible please say so in your booking.
 * Place your screen in a distance so that seated and standing poses can both be seen in full image.
 * Prepare a yoga mat or a soft exercise surface.
 * Get a blanket or a towel - of the size and thickness of a beach towel that can be folded into a roll. If available, prepare a block and a strap. Also a thick book will do instead of a block.
 * For best corrections and screen visibility it is helpful to wear tightly fitted comfortable sports wear and rather brighter colors.
 * Have enough light in the room and be well-exposed to it.
 * Remove distracting elements.
 * Candles and smudging the room or using room spray beforehand can contribute to your own well-being, cleanse and focus.
 * Remember this is your time. Please leave your phone far away and inform potential people in your household to be respectful.
 * Having a notebook on hand can be useful for taking notes.
 * Also a soothing warm beverage can bring comfort.

प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना चाहते हैं इसके लिये आपको अपने नजदीकी csc सेंटर में जाना होगा पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के लिए आप खुद घर बैठे रजिस्ट्रेशन कर सकते हैं. इसके लिए आपके पास अपने खेत की खतौनी, आधार कार्ड, मोबाइल नंबर और बैंक अकाउंट नंबर होना जरूरी है. आप पीएम किसान योजना में pmkisan.nic.in पर जाकर अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन कर सकते हैं.जहां से आप ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना की किस्त कब आएगी?

पीएम किसान निधि योजना के तहत देश भर के किसानों को हर साल 6 हजार रुपये की सहायता दी जाती है. उन्हें हर चार माह पर दो हजार रुपये की किस्त भेजी जाती है.जिसे केंद्र सरकार तीन किश्तों में यह पैसा ट्रांसफर करती है पहली किश्त 1 दिसंबर से 31 मार्च के बीच दूसरी किस्त 1 अप्रैल से 31 जुलाई तीसरी किश्त 1 अगस्त से 30 नवंबर के बीच में किसानों के खाते में ट्रांसफर कर दी जाती है.

From day 1, each day of practice Hilke designed for me flows out naturally and interconnected to each other. She is very intuitive, sharply catch so much detail during our lessons, where I was holding unnecessary tension almost never escaped her senses. 

Ujjayi breath inhale and exhale fully has always been a challenge for me.  I feel it somehow stuck near top of my chest, my struggle to breathe fully limied my focus and body movements. Instead of just explaining the mechanism of Ujjayi breath, on day 2, Hilke asked if I'd be open to try a guided meditation to search for things that I might have been holding inside. The guided meditation digged through layers of my inner thoughts, helped me access and recognize some of the fears I carry in my mind and held deeply and heavyly in my heart. It was a emotional relief for me. Now I could begin to process, and hope to eventually release it. It's like a heavy load lifted off my chest and I found space to breathe into. 

My ujjayi breath improved after this, magically.  After the 5th day, I am able to immerse myself in the beauty and power of ujjayi breath when I practice. Experiencing it also helped me recognized creating the space to breathe leads to strength, support and connection with my body. Suddenly my goal of getting to certain asanas perfectly  became less important than finding that space in my body to breathe in.

I feel very fortunate to have followed my intuition here and beyond thankful that Hilke introduce me the world of Forrest Yoga. The slow and conscious movements along with amplified breath enhance awareness of the body. Her holistic, contemporary and intuitive approach to the practice is unique and amazing therapy for both mind and body. I can't wait to apply the tools I learned here to my yoga practice and life journey.
